Le Soleil d’Or celebrates what is grown or gathered nearby; the farm and the table are one and the same.
The Farm Restaurant offers all of our guests an authentic farm-to-table dining experience, with the majority of ingredients gathered just minutes away amongst the vegetable beds and fruit trees up on the Bluff.
Anything we can’t source from our own land is supplied by local producers, farmers and fishermen, and menus are inspired by whatever is ripe and in season. We pride ourselves on creating elegant yet unpretentious dishes, allowing the incredible ingredients to speak for themselves.
Here, the emphasis is always on freshness and flavour, whether you’re enjoying the complimentary breakfast, a long, lazy lunch, an evening cocktail, or one of our bespoke picnics when you’re out and about.
The Beach Club
Located a couple of miles along the coast road from Le Soleil d’Or’s main site enjoy a beach bar for lunch or dinner. The Soleil d’Or team will be happy to arrange transport* to and from The Beach Club or you can borrow one of our complimentary bicycles and make your own way there.
