Discover Cayman Brac
On the rugged southern coast of Cayman Brac lies a hidden gem: Le Soleil d’Or. Set in idyllic surroundings, it offers boutique accommodation, farm-to-table dining and a warm Caymankind welcome. The perfect place to connect with nature, try new adventures and embrace the simple island life.
Set high on the Bluff overlooking the Caribbean Sea, the farm is the heart and soul of Le Soleil d’Or. Twenty acres of lovingly tended kitchen gardens producing over 300 varieties of fruits and vegetables, it’s the source of much of the food you’ll enjoy during your stay.
Take a leisurely stroll or join one of our horticultural tours to marvel at the sheer range of produce available. Depending on the season, you’ll find tropical favourites like mangos, guava, sweet sop, sour sop, guineps and plantain, and mediterranean staples like tomatoes, arugola, kale, broccoli and herbs — all waiting to make the short journey from farm to fork at The Farm Restaurant.
In fact, we grow produce in such abundance, it not only feeds our guests — we also sell it at our on-site shop, The Farm Market.
Whether you’re planning a romantic getaway, a family holiday or a major celebration, Le Soleil d’Or offers a range of accommodation to suit your needs. Wander and explore the facilities located across different sites, but all within easy reach of your accommodation. You’ll enjoy access to our farm, The Farm Restaurant and Market, private beach, two swimming pools, a fitness centre, basketball court and tennis court.

Lying 90 miles northeast of Grand Cayman, Cayman Brac takes its name from the rocky limestone outcrop that runs the length of the island ("brac" means "bluff" in Gaelic). Dramatic coastal cliffs, mysterious caves and world-class dive sites make it a paradise for nature lovers and thrill seekers, while its unspoilt beaches and slow pace of life ensure there’s plenty of opportunity to just kick back and relax.
